  We used Milbank Carpets already for the second time after our previous tenant had severely damaged our old woolen carpets. Andrew was great in providing advice on what replacement carpet to select for our rental house in Teddington. Price was competitive. The service around booking and fitting was flexible to accommodate my builders. The fitting result was top notch.

  Milbank Carpets completely re-laid a wooden floor at our property in Hampton after some fairly serious flood damage. From the outset they were helpful and attentive. I currently live 120 miles away and I was pleased to be able to put my trust in them. The work was completed on time and their fitter Andy was courteous, neat and tidy. I would thoroughly recommend this local company.

  A professional and friendly service from entering the shop, undertaking of measuring the site, to finally having the carpet laid. Nothing was too much trouble, and they are coming back to ensure the carpet is as laid, after a utility provider comes in and needs to take up the carpet. They provide a first class service that some of the larger organisations no longer do.

  Aaron and Andrew were brilliant from beginning to end. They took all of the stress out of the process, going above and beyond on all requests and my many questions! Allowing me to take home samples and see them in situ over a couple of days really helped. Polite, prompt, professional, knowledgeable and patient. Customers are at the heart of their service, with a super selection in their lovely shop - wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
