We had a problem with our French doors. They had not been opened for around 10 years and the locks seemed to have seized up. I managed to get one open but couldn't lock it again so the house wasn't secure. I called NLS and they arranged for a locksmith to call out. The guy who called out was very friendly and professional. He repaired the locks and re-aligned the doors. The amazing thing is the time from placing the initial call to the repair being completed was 59 mins.

William at NLS was a godsend, and got me back in my house in Newcastle with ease, and just a mere 10 minutes after I first called NLS. A tradesman had dropped the sneck on my inner door when he'd left an hour earlier (even though that door wasn't even closed), and I hadn't noticed that when I went to help my elderly mum in with her bags, and a bloody breeze pulled the inner door shut behind me. So I was locked out and I didn't even have my shoes on, so William helping me get back in quickly was soooo appreciated, £90 be damned. He was cheery, professional, prompt, helpful, and good natured.

Out of hours call was dealt with promptly. All costs were outlined up front. The locksmith arrived within 30 minutes and secured the property with a temporary lock. He obtained a direct replacement lock and returned to fit it 2 days later.

We asked NSL for a quote before using them to fit a new door lock, letterbox and 2 window locks. Steve came to our house and then provided a quote. Once the items had been delivered to Steve he made contact and arranged a fitting. The items were fitted expertly and all within the quoted price.
