Neil and Gary did an amazing job refurbishing our bathroom in just 10 days. From helping us choose materials to the final installation, their attention to detail and professionalism were outstanding. They were always punctual, tidy, and easy to work with. The finished result looks fantastic – we are absolutely delighted! Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality and reliability.

I'd never had proper building work done, so I was nervous of spiraling costs, juggling multiple jobs, house being a bomb site for weeks... I needn't have worried with Neil! Right from the quote, he talked me through everything; the work, the risks, cheaper alternatives. Never made me feel daft for not knowing things! Neil and Gary were here every day, stuck with our job start to finish, left the place spotless each night. They wouldn't let anything go until it was right. Gary equally a pleasure; skilled, courteous, real pride in the finish. Already planning the next project with them.

This is the second time we have used Neil & Gary following the upstairs bathroom renovation they completed earlier in the year. This time they completed a full garage conversion for us, turning it into a usable bedroom for our daughter. The work was completed to an exceptionally high standard and Neil kept us updated with costings throughout the process. The work has added a huge amount of space to our house and we couldn’t be more pleased. The work was completed on time, as per the quote and the house was left clean and tidy each day. Thank you!!

Neil completely replaced our bathroom recently. He is a joy to have in your home, and his vast experience makes him extremely knowledgeable. He thinks of helpful ideas that might not have occurred to you. No task is too daunting or too much. Neil works fast, with the energy and strength of a man half his age. Great work ethic. Then the quality of his work is top class. Everything is neat, straight and finished to a high standard. He won't finish until everything is working and watertight, plus he works on one project at a time, so is not disappearing off to see other customers.

Neil and Gary completely refurbished our bathroom over the course of eight days and the finished product is perfect. Always on time, friendly, polite and helpful, it was a pleasure to have them in the house. The house was left clean and tidy at the end of every day and they even took the time to chat to our builder obsessed 4 year old who was in awe of their work! Neil and Garry submitted an estimate for the work to be undertaken — fitting a new kitchen into a new room and renovating the room previously used as a kitchen to become a dining room. They kept to the estimate and timing outlined by Neil when I first contacted him in July, giving me updates to the scheduled commencement in November. Their work was consistently of a good standard and between the two of them can turn their hand to virtually anything. The subcontractors they had to use (electrician and quartz top supplier) were also good. Cannot recommend highly enough.
