• Removal of a Shower cubical and replace with full-sized Bath

  Five Star service provided from our initial inquiry through to the completion of the work. Karl actually carried out the removal and replacement from the 5th to the 8th June and, working in a confined space, produced a highly professional job. This is the third time we have used PQ Plumbers and would not hesitate to use them again and to recommend them to others.

• Fixing leak in hot water pipe behind washing machine.

  Paul arranged for Karl to come and cut out old pipe and replace with new. The pipe runs through a double cavity wall, which made the job difficult, but work was completed in a short time. Well done, Karl, and thank you, Paul for all your communications. I would recommend this first class company.

• Complete Bathroom Fitting Service

  Paul at PQ Plumbers supplied and fitted our downstairs washroom, ensuite bathroom and family bathroom. PQ Plumbers offer a complete bathroom fitting service which made the process easy and smooth. From initial consultation, design of bathroom, ordering of equipment, installation of plumbing and equipment, plastering, electrics, tiling and flooring. The bathrooms were fitted with minimal fuss and Karl, who did all the plumbing work and fitting, was very courteous, conscientious, and precise in his work. Thank you. Would highly recommend.

• Ensuite bathroom replacement

  PQ Plumbers Ltd came in after the replacement of our ensuite bathroom by another bathroom fitter went disastrously wrong. Paul provided us with an initial quote and made us aware of likely costs if further issues were found so we were fully aware of the worst case scenario. Almost all of the possible issues (and a few more unforeseen ones) were present but we were kept fully informed at all stages of the work. Karl was on-site most days and did the majority of the work with Paul; other tradesmen were programmed in as required. The result is the 'dream' ensuite bathroom that we always wanted.

• Replace two old style toilets for rimless, soft close, water efficient ones

  Good company to deal with and their fitter (Karl) was very competent, efficient, polite and just got on with everything. The old toilets and any waste were removed and the work area was cleaned up. Both new toilets remain working fine (after two months) and we have not had any problems. Would happily use again.
