Not prompt!
This company offered to do the work but then failed to respond to my request for information. We were left waiting indoors for a day for a response which never came.

Investigation and fixing of a malfunctioning light
Mark attended to fix a troublesome light. This required some investigation and a few attempts and visits with different solutions before eventually solving it. Mark was never anything less than a lovely guy who kept us informed and managed to solve our issue. I will happily use Prompt again.

Removing 11 light fittings prior to moving home
In a stressful time like moving home the electrician was amazing very polite respectful efficient and did an amazing job with least hassle just got on with the job. Cannot recommend highly enough. We were let down by another firm so at the last minute they came the next day to remove and fit basic light fittings. Will definitely use this company again 5 stars from me
