Brilliant service from Paul as always. Turned out the loo cistern only needed a twiddle and Paul didn't charge. Very happy and wouldn't hesitate to use Paul again.

Really helpful came out for what ended up being quite an easy fix and didn't even ask for anything in return. He was also bright and early on getting back to my request, top man.
