  Redevelopment of Garage, Roof & Patio

  We found PE Property Services Ltd through a recommendation and we are so pleased that we did. Phil and all the tradesmen that attended did excellent work, exceeding our expectations. Originally we wanted to have our dilapidated lean to garage rebuilt and our roof cleaned and renovated replacing the soffits and facias. We were so pleased with the work that we asked them to renovate our patio, replacing broken flagstones and the mortar. They are all friendly and approachable with a great attention to detail. We highly recommend PE Property Services and will be using them on our next project!

  Side Extension Project

  We recently used PE Property Services, led by Phil Elliott, to build a side extension to our home and we are very pleased with the finished result. Phil and his team managed the project from start to finish, keeping everything organized and making the process as straightforward as possible. They were friendly, approachable, and happy to offer useful advice whenever we needed it. The work was carried out professionally and to a very good standard throughout. The team were reliable, worked hard, and communicated well during the build, so we always knew what was happening.

  Another great work done by Phil and his team. This was renovating my daughter bedroom. Difficult to get the artex off the wall, but nothing challenges them !! Walls all plastered, new floor laid and radiator. Arrives on time, very professional. This is the 5th time I’ve had the pleasure of PE Property in most rooms of the house (might start charging him rent). Wouldn’t have anybody else., highly recommended

  PE Property have done a number of jobs for me, small and large. The last job was the loft. New insulation and floor boards. As with any job you can get problems along the way. Ours was the water tank that needed fully replacing. The guys were fantastic and stayed with us till gone 10pm one night even though they had families to go home to. So professional, they clean up every day and are very friendly. Reasonable pricing, always turn up on time. Top Tip…. Have plenty of teabags to hand and you will keep them happy. See you for the next job

  Fantastic company

  Needed to have the whole house refurbished. New roof, Soffit and fascias, guttering, cladding new bathroom with internal wall knocked down, new flooring downstairs, full redecoration in every room. Phill and team were reliable friendly and polite and work was done neatly and with minimal mess, tidied up every day. Perfect attention to detail in every room I can't fault their work in anyway. I would definitely use PE property services again and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a professional builder you can trust and have a fantastic end result and stunning home to show for it

  Excellent

  5 star service. Our jobs were done to perfection. Hard working and nothing was too much trouble. Cleaned up perfect every day and left us comfortable. The end result was exactly what we wanted. I would highly recommend Phil and his team. Very good price too. Well done PE Property
