  Side Extension Project

  We recently used PE Property Services, led by Phil Elliott, to build a side extension to our home and we are very pleased with the finished result. Phil and his team managed the project from start to finish, keeping everything organized and making the process as straightforward as possible. They were friendly, approachable, and happy to offer useful advice whenever we needed it. The work was carried out professionally and to a very good standard throughout. The team were reliable, worked hard, and communicated well during the build, so we always knew what was happening.

  Repair / replace French Door lock mechanism

  He responded immeditely after I posted the job (Sunday evening) and arrived the next lunchtime to assess the situation. He then said what was required and was able to fit a new mechanism (which he already had in the van) within 20 mins. Can't fault Timotei.

  Clearing a wasps' nest

  Great service from Joe. He came to view the job within a couple of hours of being in contact and carried out the work - spraying the wasps' nest. He said that sometimes it requires a return visit and that if that was the case it would be free. Some wasps were still present after a week, so I contacted him and he came out promptly and repeated the treatment. Soon after this the wasps were gone. I will be using him again if another nest appears any time.

  Taking up old flooring, laying underfloor heating and new laminate floor.

  I went to Phil at PE Property Services as he has carried out work for us before (building a garden office, internal refurbishment and more) to a high standard and I can trust him and his team. He has a friendly and expert team who offer very useful advice, inform about what they are going to do and then work hard to complete the job with as little disruption as possible. For this job, after a water leak we needed our floor to be taken up and disposed of and new underfloor heating and laminate floor laid. As promised they completed the job within a week and we are very happy with the results.

  Build Garden Office.

  The work was carried out to a very high standard and we are very happy with the result. We discussed the plans in advance and Phil gave excellent advice throughout the project as things progressed and changed. The team are very polite, friendly, professional and hard working. We will certainly use PE Property for future work.
