  Avoid Plumbcraft

  This company puts money before customer service. A perfectly good boiler was serviced by them. It immediately got a fault the next time it was used and they charged over £400 to replace parts that were tested as good by them but they recommended replacement. Avoid Avoid Avoid. They played a mind game that was if you don't change them it may go faulty again. They do not give prices when you believe they are correcting the issue they caused until they send the invoice. Not a good company

  Firstly thank you for choosing Plumbcraft for your recent boiler work in your caravan. You reported an intermittent L2 fault which was found to be due to a weak and intermittent ignition spark. To resolve the fault we recommended the spark generator and electrodes be replaced because they were worn. We provided prices in advance and you decided to proceed with the repair which was 100% successful. We appreciate boiler repairs are an unwanted and often unexpected expense. Your review is clearly your reaction to an unwanted expense rather than an objective opinion of the service we provided.

  A professional and well organised job

  I got quotes from Plumbcraft, a national energy supplier and another locally based company for an air source heat pump. I gave the job to Plumbcraft who started on the day they said they would start and finished on the day they said they would finish. They coordinated with an electrician whose fee was included and brought in a plasterer to cover up pipes that had been chased into the walls. They had to cut lift and replace floorboards and they put them back better than they had been before. There were a few loose ends but they quickly sent someone round to fix them. Very happy with their work.

  Plumbcraft did an amazing job fitting my bathroom keeping me updated on what they we’re doing how long things would take and at the end of the day they left my house clean and tidy. At the end of the job they explain how everything worked and ensured I understood. Would recommend this company to everyone who needs plumbing doing a new bathroom or kitchen they are well worth employing

  Air source heat pump fitting

  Excellent service, turned up when they said they would, professional fitters took care in my property during the work, all friendly and polite and completed the work in the timescale stated. Would definitely recommend. Looking to have a new kitchen fitted soon and will be sure to get Plumbcraft to do the work for me.

  The company were prompt in initial discussions and provided excellent advice and guidance about how the job would be carried out. The plumber, Ollie, was courteous and knowledgeable He arrived when promised and even was able to compl the job a little sooner than anticipated. We are over the moon with the results !

  New bathroom

  We recently had our bathroom refurbed by Plumbcraft and the service was excellent. The office staff were so helpful and the fitter was polite and tidy, their workmanship was top notch. Highly recommend to anyone looking for home renovations! Will definitely be using you again for our kitchen
