Investigation to determine cause of leak around unvented water cylinder.
After experiencing repeated issues with leaking from the tundish and discharge pipe that other engineers did not fix, Elliot quickly determined the problem related to the air pressure from expansion vessel and fixed the issue by replacing vessel on the same day. Boiler replacement, toilet tank, cold water tank etc
Elliott is careful, detailed, responsible, his work is of an extremely high standard and, while he may not always be immediately available for the job you have, he's probably worth the wait. He's so far done for us: a (very complicated) boiler replacement where, by speaking with the manufacturer, he was able to save us the trouble of having to move the boiler; a leaky toilet tank; a pump installation; a stopcock replacement and repair of substandard piping on a gravity tank.
