    We needed the carpets cleaned in a house where the previous residents had kept a dog, and the carpets had a very strong dog smell. Rob came and looked at the job and gave us a written quote. When he came to clean the carpets he worked in an efficient and competent manner, and he was punctual, friendly and helpful. There was still a slight smell a few days later and Rob came round straight away and applied a second odour treatment free of charge. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

    What can I say about Rob?! Efficient, knowledgable and delightful. He explained everything in such a thorough way, gave me tips pertaining to my family usage of the carpets and the carpet felt brand new when he had finished. He also provided carpet cleaning solution should the little ones (or big ones) have any mishaps. I couldn’t recommend him enough, don’t bother look elsewhere!

    Rob’s work was pretty faultless. He was pleasant, friendly and really helpful in the work he carried out for us cleaning our lounge carpet and our hallway and landing carpets. We had some nasty stains on some parts of some our carpets and Rob worked really hard to get them out. Even though, we weren’t sure how effective cleaning would work on our carpets, initially, Rob has made them like new -amazing job. We would certainly have no hesitation in contacting you in the future if needed. Thankyou so much Rob. Really appreciate what you did.

  • My name is Robert Plant & in 2003 I started to look at opportunities to start working for myself. I decided with a lot of research that there was a market for domestic and small commercial carpet and upholstery cleaning, 

 

The first thing I decided was if I was going to enter into this kind of work, I wanted to offer the best service I possibly could, I attended several courses with all the top companies in the market.

We have very specialised equipment for the cleaning of carpets and upholstery, so your sofa is only out of action for 12 hours at the most, and carpets vary on a few hours to 6 to 8 depending on the fibres

If you do not think I have done the most thorough clean possible then I will do it again for free or return your money.
