• Hoisting a Fridge Freezer in through a first floor window.

  Contacted Pritchard's in an absolute panic following the delivery of a new fridge freezer. Having had a site visit by the installers, we then found in practice, their measurements were wrong and we not only couldn't get the older unit out, we couldn't get the new unit in. Julia and Paul were simply exceptional. One phone call to the office and Julia was able to arrange for Paul to come to the property within and hour with the right equipment. That allowed the the freezer installers to be here, get the units swapped over and the new unit installed. Cannot praise Pritchard's enough.

• Kitchen worktops to second floor balcony

  Julia was timely and professional with her communication. She was able to shift things around to accommodate our request. Paul was early to the job and set up appropriately. Everything was handled with calm and ease and he collaborated with the kitchen team to make sure everything arrived safely to the 2nd floor. These were large worktops! This is our 2nd job that Pritchard's helped us with and we were very pleased both times. I highly recommend.

  Paul and Julia are an incredible team. Julia kindly fit us in an urgent last minute next day job, just before a Bank Holiday. Paul turned up on time, immaculately removed our window, removed our old fridge and hoisted in our new fridge and freezer through the window. Lovely people and wonderful service. Highly recommend without a shadow of a doubt.

  Paul and Julie provided us with an outstanding professional service. From the pre-move logistics to the final placement of the furniture it was stress free and smooth sailing the whole way. Paul and his crew were so respectful and kind and went out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable from door to door. We will defiinitely be booking them again when we head back to Australia.

• Hoist delivery of a sofa to first floor flat in Kings Cross

  Paul arrived 30 minutes early and removed the sash window of the first floor flat. He did this so carefully that we won’t need to touch up the paintwork. He was a consummate professional who inspired total confidence. He expertly handled the hoist and delivered the sofa safely. He even stayed on to help us assemble the sofa. Cheerful and chatty; nothing was too much trouble. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. James
