10 Amazing job on kitchen flooring

Tom and team did such a great job on our new kitchen flooring. Really impressed! We had an uneven floor where two rooms met but they were able to level it out and the herringbone looks amazing. I had an excellent experience with this firm. I needed to organise a replacement carpet for someone else and so appreciated the prompt and clear communication. Tom visited with samples, measured up and quoted very quickly. The job was done as soon as the carpet was available. Workmen were very efficient, removing old carpet and underlay, fitting new carpet and cleaning up thoroughly afterwards. Job location: BH12This is the 3rd time We have used this company. From the initial consultation at the shop in Pokesdown, to the home visit to measure up on the same day (at no charge) to receiving the written quote, organising the fitting, and the fitting itself, everything ran smoothly and was faultless. We dealt with the owner Tom from start to finish who is professional, very helpful and accommodating. He fitted the carpet with his colleague Malcolm, both of whom are courteous and respectful in your home. Tom went the extra mile by doing a couple of extra jobs for us too. Great guys and great service.
