Boiler install, and service every year for the last 5 years

A very professional company who have provided consistently excellent customer service every year, since installing a new boiler for me 5 years ago. They did a great job installing the boiler, they service it properly every year. They've bent over backwards to make sure I'm happy with everything. Came out quickly to an emergency leak last year as well and fixed it straight away. Honestly can't fault them and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Booked oil fired boiler service 3 weeks ago on basis of their quote. The afternoon before they are due to visit they tell us that the quoted price was wrong and it will be nearly double. Ummm no thanks.

Plumbing in washing machine and towel rails

Terrible service. The plumber was 20 minutes late, despite the company insisting I was there at 8am with zero flexibility on this, then went home sick early in the day, doing very little of the work. I was only told this by the company several hours later (we weren't living there at the time). They then couldn't confirm for several days when a plumber would be back out again, despite me advising them of job constraints by other contractors working at the property. They eventually called me 5 days later to reschedule the work for a date 2 weeks in the future. Completely unacceptable.

Replace combi boiler and then install in a different location.

The communications relating to the job were good, from getting quotes, to booking the job, and adding a late request to alter the pipes for a radiator. The team arrived on time. They were both courteous and professional. They knew exactly what they had to do and quietly set about doing it. Once the work was complete they tidied up, cleaned the floor, and explained how the new boiler worked.

Oil Fired Boiler Repair

After calling to describe the issue, was advised an engineer would be available the next day - even though it wasn't an emergency. Also received an email confirming. On arrival, the engineer was polite and efficient, investigating the possible cause for the failure. Diagnosed a faulty pump, and said he would come back the next day with a replacement (which was a Saturday). Called in the morning to confirm, and on arrival completed the work very quickly, and offered advice on prevention etc. Also called the next day to make sure that the boiler was working as expected. Excellent service.
