    Jeff managed to fit us in the same day that I made the enquiry. He was polite and obviously knew his trade as he diagnosed the problem straight away and then sorted it out with the minimum of fuss. What really impressed us was the fact that the cost was far less than expected as the job was simpler than Jeff had first thought when we discussed it on the phone and he only charged us for what was absolutely necessary. I would have no hesitation in using him again or recommending him to friends and family.

    Jeff turned up as arranged, and quickly discovered that the problem was due to my door having dropped. He readjusted the hinges, lubricated the lock and completed a general service of the door. My front door now closes without having to slam it, and the lock mechanism is like new. Very pleased with the service received. Jeff was very professional, explaining everything to me, and seemed like a really nice guy…Thank you!
