  Replacing bathroom taps

  Faulty work done to replace bathroom taps resulted in leak to neighbours bathroom. RH Plumbing and Heating refused to acknolwedge texts/emails/calls or take any responsibility for the damage caused. To repair neighbours bathroom ceiling has cost me over £140, plus the initial invoice for the taps at £108. Very disappointed by unprofessional behaviour of previously reputable company. Action is being pursued.

  Attended for a visit to provide a quote and never got back to me

  Attended at agreed time to assess the work required at the property and explained what was required, time frames and answered my questions. However he never contacted me again with a quote. I chased up with call, text message and was advised I'd get a quote emailed but nothing happened. I'm disappointed as would have liked the work carried out.

  Replace radiator. Rebalance system. Service boiler

  Robin was recommended to me by friends. He measured up for a replacement radiator, replaced it, serviced my boiler and made it more efficient by rebalancing the system. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. He was an efficient and tidy worker. It was a great pleasure to meet Robin who is very pleasant and courteous. I will use him again and recommend him to others with no hesitation.

  Boiler Service, Gas Safety Check and certificate.

  I met Robin Hill at my father's home for a boiler service. I explained I would travel from Kent, as my father is elderly, and Robin was very understanding in accommodating my travel times. Robin arrived at my father's for the service and started the job. Soon after the service, I found Robin with my 'inquisitive' father checking out the central heating. Robin, was very patiently demonstrating to my father on the workings of the system and the boiler's capacity. Robin's patience and professionalism was absolutely GOLDEN. His level of service and manner puts him at No.1 in his trade. See you next year.

  Fix leaking hot water cylinder

  Excellent service, they came promptly when I initially reported the problem, and then followed up quickly once they had the right replacement part. On the day, the job was done quickly and with respect for the house.

  Annual boiler service

  First class service as always with great knowledge. New boiler and complete c/h system installed 4 years ago with expert care and attention. A brilliant local company with great personal service and professional care. I'd strongly recommend the company to anyone.
