  Garage conversion

  SA Contractors were recommended to me by two of my close friends and they are amazing. A completely fresh approach to building and a pleasure to have around the home. They completed a garage conversion for me, giving our family an additional living space and downstairs toilet we were so impressed with their knowledge and standard of work, already in talks about our next project.

  Stuart and Mike completed my loft insulation. While assessing the work it was noted the boiler did not have sufficient support. I was shown in the loft what the job entailed and was given a quote for the completed project. They also dealt with a woodworm infestation on one of the beams by instructing a pest control professional. This was all dealt with in a seamless way to prevent disruption to my living space. I was very pleased with the completion of the work. I was given quotes about the work involved and kept up to date with the progression of the work. I have no hesitation to refer others

  Roof problem. Can't contact Stuart

  Stuart, can you please contact me regarding the issues related to your recent work at my property in penland road? The roof is still leaking at the edging which I understand you think it's normal because it's 'a decorative edging' but the roofer I called to give an independent review disagrees. Im happy for you to get your own second opinion. I've been trying continuously for a week to get hold of you and have been unsuccessful by phone, Whatsapp and email. My what's app messages are not going through at all. I've sent videos demonstrating ongoing leak. What more evidence do you want?

  Thank you for your feedback regarding the project completed early last year. At SA Contractors, we take pride in our reputation and the quality of service we provide. Apologies for the delay in response, I was on annual leave at the time of your contact, family time is important to us. We had previously offered an earlier visit, however this was not convenient with you. Following inspection, there was no active roof leak or evidence of water ingress. Moisture had affected a decorative lap, which has now been removed and replaced. We are pleased the matter has been resolved.
