  Excellent service

  We had looked into getting a water softener for a while and after reading some good reviews we opted to choose Sapphire Water softeners. Chris came to give us a quote and explained how it works etc and we thought he was super helpful and friendly. There was no pressure to purchase and could make the decision on our own time. Chris did a good job of fitting the softener and helped with a couple of other issues with a water filter and tap. Super friendly and helpful with he’s knowledge too. Absolutely would recommend.

  Water softener fitting

  We had a water softener installed recently with Sapphire and had a great experience. We had tried to book through a larger company but were let down last minute for two seperate appointments. Chris came to visit and looked at our kitchen for best places to fit and sent through quotes. Communication was great before and throughout the process. Happy with the quote, we went ahead and booked in for the fitting. Chris came across some issues with our pipework and was able to problem solve to find a solution that worked for us. We were able to see the improvements in our water quality straight away

  Great experience.

  I had a great experience with Sapphire. They responded fast to my enquiry, took time to answer all my questions and give me the advice I needed. Chris dealt patiently with the somewhat crowded plumbing under my sink, and installed a new tap with filter along the way. Now we have softened and filtered water, which makes a HUGE difference to the awful hard water we had before - love it!

  Couldn't recommend highly enough

  We could not have had a more positive experience. The consultation with Chris was incredibly thorough and clear and the installation could not have gone more smoothly. The finish was incredibly neat and tidy and we are delighted with the results. The softer water is already having a major benefit on hair and skin and the filter has transformed the taste!

  Sapphire Softeners - Excellent, fast and professional

  Chris and his team have been fast, friendly and highly professional throughout the straightforward process. Our ageing softener and its associated over pressure pipework was surveyed and replaced within two weeks of initial free onsite review. The attention to detail and level of service is second to none.
