  I contacted the company in the morning and received a call back within an hour and had a visit within 2 hours to assess the work. I had a quote through later that afternoon. We arranged a day for the work to be done and they arrived on time and carried out the work to a very high standard. They were lovely to deal with and I would highly recommend them. It's a pleasure to have a front door that closes once again. Thank you both!

  Sam did an amazing job from start to finish. He came for a visit and a quote the day after I called, which I appreciated after being let down by a few companies before that. He inspected our gutters and even took pictures to show me what needs to be done. He explained the different options and costs for repairs straight away. The job was done in the same week, clean and tidy and very professional. Sam even pointed out a few issues with my roof that would need to be looked into and approximate quotes, which I really appreciate. Amazing job, would highly recommend.

  We've had the roof repaired, a new patio, retaining wall, front façade and a flat roof. All done within 2 weeks.!! Never seen builders work so well - very well organised, arrive on time (or early!) every single meeting went as they said, and they are on time. Quality of work is excellent, the team are polite and hard working, cannot fault them. Would recommend them to anyone.

  Sam had replaced torn felt in the roof few months ago and we were satisfied by his work so we again used his service to repair the joists on gable end which were rotten. We got the roof and guttering cleaned too. Sam was quick to respond to the quote query and completed the work on time. I highly recommend his service and would use Stately Construction again in future.
