Sub-Cool Fm were great from start to finish. Had AC fitted to all 3 upstairs bedrooms and looking forward to year-round comfortable sleeping! The whole team were great; Will was knowledgeable and professional during the quote and planning stage and Danny and his team (Corey, Ellie, Tommy and Jamie) were great on-site, always bringing a smile. The install wasn't totally straight forward but they worked it through and the end result is spot on. Would certainly recommend. Many thanks to the Sub-Cool Fm crew!!

New Air con system installed

Jacob's team (Danny and Ellie) were brilliant in installing our air-con system in our house. The team faced a number of challenges, unfortunately from my own building contractors. Danny and Ellie worked around all issues without any complaints and always with a smile. The A/C system is working very well and the finished to an excellent standard.

Sub Cool FM were a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. Their customer service was excellent. They were accommodating with a couple of changes around the implementation date. They were excellent in their communication up to the actual fitting and afterwards. The team of two who arrived on the day to fit the unit were charming, thorough and helpful when I had a few questions about functionality. I would highly recommend them.
