We hired Tim to fit our engineered flooring and the result is an INCOMPLETE MESS. Damaged flooring, badly fitted kitchen plinths and panels and an overall shocking workmanship!!
Tim repeatedly promised to come back and fix it, then completely IGNORED my messages and vanished. It’s been almost 6 months and NO REPAIRS, just EMPTY PROMISES followed by total silence!!!
If you value your home, your time and your money, STAY WELL AWAY. I’m now paying to fix HIS mistakes. Absolutely appalling. Completely UNPROFESSIONAL. Utterly DISAPPOINTING

Unfortunately, a section of this floor was damaged by the large refrigerator being moved. This was not noticed by either myself or the customer. The customer paid me later that day. Afterwards, she mentioned a concern with a part of the floor. How this damage was done we will never know. I visited to have a look and try to rectify, by sanding and oiling. This didn’t work. So I purchased some new flooring for them and said we like try and replace it. I have tried to get this sorted on a few occasions but have not heard back. I am still open to trying to sort this out for the client.
