Outstanding emergency cover
Requested an emergency call out Saturday evening owing to boiler failure, loss of heating and hot water. The engineer couldn't have been more helpful. Despite dealing with 4 call outs at the same time he initially attempted to support via calls before attending late at night. Polite courteous and fixeded within the hour of arrival. Servicing the heating and hot water systems
Recently, the heating and hot water system stopped working in our rented apartment. We had altogether three visits from Thames Flame Engineers who first identified, then worked towards fixing the problem. Today Dan completed the job, he replaced the faulty part and bled all the radiators at least twice. When he finished, before he left, he made sure everything was working as it should. Excellent service!
Can’t praise the service highly enough! Steve arrived on time, was courteous and respectful of my premises. Having been told about the leak from my toilet he came prepared with what he suspected was the necessary part for the job. His diagnosis proved correct and he completed the job fairly quickly.
