  • Fixing a leaking drain

    Originally I called them out as I was seeing water leaking into the grass around the drain and thought we had a blockage. They came out very quickly and fixed the blockage but advised that this had occurred due to the drain cover coming undone from the drain. They came back again shortly after to fix this. On both occasions the contact with the office was good, the guys who came to do the work were prompt, friendly and professional. They’ve also recommended some further work later down the drain.

    They fixed a downpipe that was going nowhere,and leaking into next doors garden.There was less than a metre between the buildings and I didn't know it was like it. They fixed it and removed all the debris from next doors pipework.It now goes through the pipework.

    Brilliant Company. Everyone was so polite and friendly from all the guys who worked so hard for 3 days to the team at the office who sorted out skips, diggers, payment etc. Very efficient. All work was agreed up front & they showed me the issue in the drains on the underground camera before any work agreed. Finally because of the potential issue around water, gas, phones...rather than use the digger to save time and effort, they hand dug the drain holes to avoid any risk to us

    Attended a blocked wc initially, on a Saturday and arrived within 11/2 hours and work was complete within 15 minutes. Came back on appointment within the week to change pipework leading to wc and change wc valve and work was complete within an hour. Very efficient and impressive work. Would definately recommend.
