Thomas is a friendly chap, punctual and good communication. The repointing and brick repair of the chimney was a really good standard. The repair of the spalled bricks was disappointing. Thomas did return quickly and carry out further repair because I was unhappy with the works and reduced his invoice slightly as some minor parts still needed attention.

Thomas and his team were brilliant. Quick to come over and survey the site, he took the time to chat with me about the works and answered all my questions. When given the green light start work, they moved quickly and did a great job.

Prompt, efficient, good communication, decent job, comparable price. They were very good in checking the type and colour of mortar, careful and considerate in cleaning up my neighbours' properties as well as my own and I was impressed with how quickly work progressed. The re-pointing to the back of the house looks good - in keeping with original brickwork and complimenting the new extension - and completed in just 2 days.

I got in touch with Thomas via Checkatrade. He responded promptly and made a site visit to quote for the work - cracks in our garden walls. I accepted the quote and Thomas and his team arrived on the date set and carried out the work very efficiently. This involved removing the pointing, installing Helifix bars and then repointing. We are very pleased with the end result. We would certainly use Thomas and his team again.
