  Professional, reliable and highly recommended

  Excellent service from start to finish. The team carried out a full refurbishment, including knocking down and building walls, plastering, painting and decorating, electrics, plumbing (including radiators), tiling, fitting new doors, removing our old kitchen, and preparing everything for the new one. They were always on time, reliable, professional, and easy to communicate with. They explained everything clearly, suggested practical solutions, paid attention to detail, and were very accommodating when we changed our minds. The workmanship is excellent, and we would happily recommend them!

  Renew flat roofed canopy to a pent(sloped)

  Turned up on time 8am ,Paul was very professional and very courteous whilst he worked. He kept us informed all the way through the job, the look of the new canopy is testimony to his professionism.

  Fantastic building firm

  This is the second time I have used Ultra Developments for renovations. They did a brilliant job renovating my kitchen/living room the first time so I have now had them back to completely renovate my bathroom. All workers are so friendly and trustworthy and all work is carried out to a very high standard. All fitments chosen by them are top class. I would totally recommend Ultra Developments to anyone thnking about having any building work done. They are a great team and so well organised.

  Good,honest proper tradesman

  Ultra developments ltd was booked in to fit a set of french doors at the rear of my property by ,cutting out existing wall and fitting approprite sized lintel..Also remove existing back door ,brick it up and fit a larger window alsi with lintel above, and making good all plaster work afterwards.... I could not be happier with the finished results ,looks amazing... If anyone is wanting any type of building work carried out contact ultra developments you wont be disappointed. Thankyou paul and ian.

  Very professional, reliable and high quality

  Very happy with the work done by Paul and Colin. They were extremely professional, worked quickly and we were very happy with the work they did. Usually getting someone from checkatrade to even turn up for a quote is hard but Ian responded quickly, turned up when he said he would and did the work as promised would definitely use them again and recommend to everyone
