  Excellent job

Very professional, work done to a very high standard. Matched patterned bricks up to original house, even internal door handles was matched to the other door handles. Tidy workers , very respectful of neighbours. I would definitely use this company again for any future work.

  Patio doors

What a great business, we’re delighted to have found such a professional company. We had a back door and extractor fan removed and patio doors fitted and the result is outstanding, we could not be more pleased. Ian, Paul, Bill and the plasterers were brilliant from the initial enquiry to completion of the job. The lads worked so hard in difficult weather conditions and the standard of workmanship is exceptional. We will definitely be asking for this company’s services in the future and recommending them to family and friends.

  Cannot fault Ultra.

This is the second time Ultra have done some work for us, the first being to move a loft hatch, replace a window and shore up the brickwork above it. This time, Paul, Colin and Des demolished a ludicrously oversized koi pond, replastered the living room, patched wiring channels in other rooms and laid solid wood flooring. Excellent work and stellar service. Still a few bits to go on the house, so the coffee/tea/biscuit supplies are being prepped already!

Knock through Kitchen/Dining Room, New Windows & Doors

From start to finish, Ultra have been brilliant to deal with. The communication from Ian was always thorough and informative, so we knew what was going on and when. Paul and the guys were on site first thing each morning and the level of work completed was of the highest quality. We are absolutely delighted with what we have ended up with, and appreciate the work by Ultra!

  Door/window to window conversion

Wow! We are so pleased with the worked carried out at our home. From start to finish the whole team were helpful, professional, informative, friendly and tidy!! We had our backdoor and joined window removed. Bricked up lower half and larger new window put in. The match on the brickwork is way better than i imagined! I'm sure a small job for their calibre and experience. All done in less than a day. Definitely recommend and will most likely be booking again for more jobs! Thank you so much Ian and the team. Couldn't be more happy with the result.

Kitchen and conservatory merger into an open-plan kitchen-diner.

Ultra Developments converted our unused conservatory into an incredible open-plan kitchen-diner. Ian’s communication was 100% throughout, keeping us informed every step of the way, while Paul and Colin where absolutel grafters-always arriving before 8AM working consistently until 4:30PM, Friendly, tidy, site cleanliness spot on (they even brought their own portable loo and jet-washed the drive afterwards!) completed on schedule, within budget. Outstanding workmanship—highly recommend to anyone looking for building work! Big shout out to all those involved and a big thank you for the laughter.
