Joe arrived promptly. Great communication. A shower screen door set of rollers had broken. I had sourced the rollers but it seems they are tricky to match! Joe worked on the fitting but the size wasn’t right. Job location: TW10The you plumber was understanding my anxiety of losing my gold signet ring. The basin plumbing was very compact and the pedestal had to be removed to gain access.10 Highly recommended - Top Class service

Barnaby at Westflow changed a tap with zero fuss and made a careful and very thorough job of the boiler service for our condensing system. Our cistern, which is not easy to access, had developed a faulty flush (constant running) and been repaired by Barnaby some months earlier. However, the fault reappeared. Barnaby returned, took the cistern apart again, and located a tiny foreign body affecting the valve. This was maybe a result of the fixtures supplied, maybe not, impossible to tell.
