Emergency plumbing needed to deal with a shower issue. Issue was resolved pending new parts and the shower was made safely usable in the meantime, with clear information and help provided throughout. The plumber identified the issue quickly and gave practical demonstrations of what to do, and tested it several times to make sure the solution would work. Good, quick and professional service - recommended and would use again. Reasonable and fairly priced.

I recently hired A1 to assist with a boiler that was overpressurising. From the outset they were extremely good at explaining what the probably cause of the issue was and how much potential replacement parts would be. They asked for everything they needed very quickly. They came out within a couple of days and were very friendly on site. After confirming the issue, they ordered the parts and came round very quickly to sort out the issue. They even took a quick look at my washing machine that had gone wrong and sorted it out. Very friendly all around. Very highly recommend!
