  Leaking outside overflow pipe

  This is what was written on invoice Repair of heating system Clear blockage near pump on feed vent pipe areas. Left all in good work order. Charge £180.00 +£36.00 V.A.T My comments Cold water overflow still leaking early morning After heating has switched off. I have to empty half filled water butt collected from leak each day

  I have contacted the customer first time they did not answer the phone. I call them few days later to sort out the problem after long discussion they refuse my offer and put the phone down saying many unnecessary words. I am still willing say call me one time, I will sort the issue out.

  Removed old combination boiler and supply and replaced with new.

  Definitely recommend, really lovely to work with, very trustworthy.

  Leak fixing, radiator change and repairs.

  Very prompt response and came when agreed and very tidy worker. Extremely pleasant and courteous. Will be having him back.

  Replaced old conventional boiler cylinder with new combination boiler.
