Amazing from start to finish

Excellent service from A1 Removals. The team arrived early to pack up my belongings on what turned out to be the hottest day of the year. Despite the heat and a four-hour drive to my new home, they remained friendly, professional, and efficient throughout, unpacking everything just as smoothly at the other end. A special mention to Annie, who was always calm, reassuring, and helpful whenever I needed to call. Stress free removal with pleasant and helpful staff.
From the very start, the staff at A1 made the experience as straightforward and efficient as possible. They always answered queries promptly and were helpful and courteous in manner. On the days of the move out and move in to my new property, the removals staff made the experience completely stress free for me and I was very impressed with the speed with which they worked. Excellent service
We used A1 for our recent house move from East Sussex to the East Midlands and are very satisfied with service we received. The team worked exceptionally hard and despite not being able to get the lorry as close as would have been ideal they completed the task without complaint in the very hot weather on moving day.
