• Replacing switch to immersion heater

  Telephoned this morning to point out that my tenants' immersion heater was not working and that they had a weeks old baby. By 2:20 A&R had sent me an email attaching a very reasonable invoice for the work which had been carried out. Great service which contrasts so favourably with the other firm I had asked to do the work and had promised to visit the property last night but never turned up.

  I cannot recommend A&R Electrics highly enough, their service was professional and friendly right from the start, Rob put his heart and mind into the job which gave us improvements on what we were expecting as well as savings compared to the original quote which he was quick to pass on to us. Rob always turned up when he said he would and the whole job was completed less than a week after we accepted the quote and were ready for him to start. We couldn't be happier.
