quick arrival and efficient work. but call out charges are too high for a 20 minute job.Job location: BS32RChinmay SResponse from Abacus Garage Doors & Gates, Security Limited
Thank you for your review. We charged a standard rate for an emergency same day call out. The price was discussed on site before any work was carried out. Regards

Did the job but untrustworthy.
Did the job, the pull down cord had got stuck in the mechanics and had stopped the garage from opening. However the contractors told the tenants it was a no fault incident and then proceeded to tell the letting agency it had been bent by the users, so consider them to be untrustworthy.Verified reviewerJob location: SN16Response from Abacus Garage Doors & Gates, Security Limited
Thank you for your review. As discussed on site the pull cord was caught in the mechanism. I remember the conversation and It was stated "oh I wonder how I did that" Letting agents always need to know if this was maintenance or misuse.. The bars of the garage door had been used to close the door from the inside thus they were bent.
