Contacted Abacus on Friday morning and servicing agent arrived on time first thing Monday morning. He identified the issue immediately and got it fixed in thirty minutes. From start to finish they’ve been amazing. Friendly and knowledgeable person on the end of the phone to book in the work. The chap that came was lovely, professional but approachable. Happy to answer any questions. He carried on with the work independently and explained everything afterwards. He did an amazing job, tidied up after himself. Abacus contacted almost immediately after me putting the details of the job on Checkatrade. They phoned, took details of the job and were able to give me a quote immediately which I was happy to accept as I'd read good reviews for the firm on checkatrade. They were able to come out and do the job in a few days. I received a call from the technician a bit before his due time to see if he could call abit earlier which ii was only to pleased to accept and the job was completed efficiently.
