  Painting small bathroom ceiling and one side of a door. Painted all white.

  Sent pictures to Andy to paint my small bathroom ceiling and 1 side of a door. He got the paint his labour cost is 35.00 an hour. He said would take 2 hours and I excepted his quote. He came and as time ran out left door requiring another coat and I have paid him £165.00. Labour came to £100 and paint £65. Messaged him re poor state of door and he said will cost more to do. I stated if he knew was going to take more then 2 hours he ahould of quoted on that basis and it was down to me to decide if I go ahead. However he started job left door requiring another coat and can see all the marks.

  I was contacted and asked to give a coat of paint to a door and ceiling. I told the client it would take 2 hours and he agreed. I arrived on time did the job plus another the client asked me to do. After I finished the door I told the client it would probably need a second coat as it was very yellow and hadn’t been painted for years. I asked him to wait until it was dry and let me know if he thought it needed another coat. The client text me later saying he thought it needed another coat and would that be a further charge to which I said yes. I charge for small jobs on an hourly basis so if more work is needed then there will be a charge. I was perfectly courteous and tidy as always and am very insulted that the client said otherwise.

  Taking out a kitchen cabinet, moving a kitchen cabinet into a different space.

  Brilliant job carried out. I wanted a kitchen cabinet taken out and another one moved in to its place, along with the excess kitchen counter being removed. Quick, professional, tidy. Would highly recommend and very happily ask again for other jobs needed doing.

  Replacing 5 internal doors

  Multiple jobs including decorating, door adjusments, gardening, patio cleaning etc

  I can't recommend Andy enough. I have been using Andy's services for many years now. Andy has done many jobs for me over the years including decorating my entire house, regularly maintaining my garden and is always happy to help where needed. Andy is reliable, completely trustworthy and very professional and has always provided high quality workmanship to any task he has  undertaken.

  Sorting out some curtain rails that had been wrongly installed.

  Andy is highly recommended. I had expected that he would have to “start from scratch” at considerable expense. He pointed out to me that it was a much shorter job than I would have thought, against his own interests. In other words he did not rip me off. Simply and effectively and quickly done. Price ultra reasonable.
