    Dont normally review but the £10 voucher persuaded me. Quick response with email confirmation and contacted when fitter was on the way. Replacement valve fitted in 30 mins. Not cheap but job done on a Bank Holiday Saturday afternoon. All good and would be confident to use again.

    My gas fire had been in good working order but required a service. Engineer arrived far earlier than expected (inconvenient). When he had finished, I paid cash. I later found the gas fire would not turn on. I contacted Able Group and the engineer returned pm. Since then (2+ weeks ago), I have struggled to turn gas fire on. Currently, not working. The pilot light will not ignite; appears to be no gas. I paid £167.40 for the service, but Able Group require a further £98 for an engineer to revisit. Customer service poor (some staff abrupt). Would advise others to use another company.
