Top work. Great fit and finish. Excellent communications and reliability on a very last minute job

Did a great job refurbishing the kitchen. Was constructive and thoughtful, and came up with lots of ideas on how to solve problems and save money. The work done was a good quality and looks great. Jake gave a fair quote for the work, and stuck to the costs. He was punctual and extremely reliable with his estimated timings (virtually to the minute). He was pleasant, tidy and kept me up to date with all steps along the way. He bundled several other jobs together with the kitchen refurb, for maximum efficiency, and they were all done well.

Jake did a brilliant job. Kept me informed of his arrival. Carried out the door fitting without any fuss. Explained what he was doing & why. Highly recommend him for your joinery. Jake the joiner is your man.

Unfortunately it was a huge dissatisfaction, disappointment from my part and quite annoyed with the entire work done. The wardrobe handles are all over the place, not aligned well, rushed job and not with care at all which ruined my furniture. They left one of the furnitures uncompleted and I had to chase them to come back and complete it for a month and it is still not finished. In the end I had to find someone else to correct their mess which will cost me extra waste of time and expenses for a new person to get it done. Avoid at all cost if you can if you want to save time and money.
