Time wasting

No hot water
A fast response with Yusaf he came out Sunday night to Romford, I have a baby in the house and I was in some distress. I had no hot water and he came and identified the problem and replaced an immersion heater controller-for my unvented hot water cylinder the very next morning. I have hot water now! Pressure dropping in boiler and a leak in property
*Doesn't appear to have resolved issue with boiler just masked it *Took 5 days and left me without heating for 3 days *Wasting time as he charges hourly. E.G. 3hrs charged by making multiple journeys for parts *Don't see why I'm charged for picking up parts if he left me with no heating for 3 days *Added money on my invoice for no reason, he said it was a mistake. Been a month still have not received that money back *Rounded times to nearest hour on each visit, instead of rounding total to nearest 1/2 hour.
