They arrived at the time they agreed, they were the cleanest trades I've worked with in a long time taking the time to keep mess to a minimum. A reliable, professional team, I’d definitely recommend them
Paul responded quickly and came out promptly to assess the problem. We’d previously been told it was rising damp, but he carried out a thorough inspection and clearly explained that wasn’t the case, identifying the real issue as black mould. His advice was honest, straightforward, and not at all pushy. He arranged for the work to be done quickly, and the team were friendly, efficient, and professional throughout.
