  Highly recommend Billy

  Billy was absolutely amazing from start to finish. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, approachable, and clearly knowledgeable. What really stood out was how helpful he was throughout the entire process he took detailed photos at each stage of the work and walked us through everything step by step, explaining the issues in a way that was easy to understand. He also works with his own scaffolder, who was just as impressive quick to get everything set up and very polite. The whole experience was stress-free, well organised, and carried out to a high quality.

  Highly recommended, hard-working, great customer service and communication

  Billy and Jake are excellent roofers, a pleasure to have around, hard working, conscientious and efficient. Great communication at all times and friendly, appreciated by our neighbours for their courtesy! They replaced our underfelt, batons, and matched the original tiles very quickly, doing the job as quickly as possible and at the most competitive overall cost. Billy works with a local family-owned scaffolding company who are reliable and rapid at assembling and taking down the scaffolding, it won't be sitting around for weeks!

  Love our New Skylight - Amazing Job !

  Billy and his team carried out a flat roof repair along with a skylight installation for us, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. They were polite, professional, and clearly take pride in their work. Everything was explained clearly, the job was completed to a high standard, and the process was completely stress-free. The new skylight has made a huge difference to the space, and the roof looks great. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Billy and his team to anyone needing roofing work done.

  Fantastic Roofing and Excellent Communication

  We recently had a leak in our roof, and Billy and his team were incredible from the moment they arrived. Billy made sure the roof was made water tight quickly to prevent any damage, which gave us instant peace of mind. Throughout the whole process, he showed us pictures and updates so we always knew exactly what was happening , it really made everything feel stress-free. The team was so friendly and respectful, and they left the property clean and tidy at the end of each day. It honestly made such a big difference.   Billy was extremely professional and conscientious. He carried out the work to a high standard and kept us informed every step of the way. In face he helped us out of a difficult situation and went above and beyond. We will definitely use him again if we have any other problems and highly recommend him.
