I initially had a good experience with Tom—he arrived promptly, communicated well, and mounted my TV and speaker efficiently. However, after the installation, I noticed that the TV is mounted too close to the speaker underneath, which restricts movement and could potentially damage either item. I reached out to Tom several times via message and phone with no response, which is disappointing. I spent £1,500 on the TV and speaker and paid £180 incash for the installation, so I expected better aftercare. I've also provided a photo showing the issue. I recently had an issue with my TV aerial and connection to Freeview. Tom was able to fit me in on short notice. He arrived on time, was friendly and professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He quickly identified the problem and had everything up and running again in no time. Thanks to his efficiency and expertise, my TV now has full access to Freeview, etc and is working perfectly. I really appreciated his prompt service and thorough work.
