Wow!! What EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! 100% mark from me because they: -Responded to my emergency query  extremely quickly -Clearly explained cost, payment process and fees payable on completion -Clarified my one-off cleaning request and expectations (cleaning part of a kitchen including oven area for new tenants) -Called me when they arrived at the property and very prompt  Overall a great help as another cleaning company had let us down.
