Installing a new column radiator and adjusting pipework
Plumber was courteous and professional. I was unhappy with the billing customer service - they took my feedback onboard. They couldn't provide an estimate ahead of time so if you need clarity of costs, get a site visit for a firm quote with another firm. I was billed for the first hour on booking, but payment expectations were not communicated. They tried to take money from my account before confirming the balance with me.
