  Starlink dish installation

  Contacted Aerial Sparks online, replied quickly to contact them by phone or WhatsApp, I contacted them the following day with WhatsApp and arranged for them to come out to look at the job, a few minutes before the booked time I got a message saying wasn’t coming as had no childcare, they asked to come the following day which is Sunday around 3pm, I replied about 4 hours later that that afternoon as I had left my phone at home and gone out, I said that would be fine, Sunday 4pm no show, I messaged them at around 3:45 asking if they was coming, got no reply, avoid and don’t waste your time.

  thanks for your comment and I appreciate your concerns, but believe most of above is untrue. on the Saturday I gave you 3 hours notice before the agreed time, and Sunday I contacted you with a very good reason that you chose not to reply and block me.

  New aerial & 2 new aerial points

  James came out at very short notice to fit a new aerial and run wires to 2 new aerial points in an extension we are having built before the plasterers came in. He has done a great job, is very professional, tidy and easy to get on with. Would recommend.

  CCTV installation and repair

  James from Aerial Sparks installed a new CCTV system in November 2023. Very happy with the system and with the service provided. Unfortunately recently another contractor working on my house damaged a cable. James came out quicky to look at the issue and replaced the cable free of charge even though the issue was caused by someone else. Would highly recommend Aerial Sparks.

  Today I used aerial sparks again after being so happy with the work carried out on the previous job James done for us. Showed up promptly and carried out the work with the 5 star professionalism and neatness just as before. I will always use aerial sparks and I highly recommend.

  Ethernet Cable Installation

  James promised attendance to install cable. Never attended 1st appointment and also never attended 2nd appointment and never even had the courtesy of answering either phone call or text message. Absolutely disgraceful service. NOT RECOMMENDED !

  Wiring, Wall mount TV and install wood panels

  Great job of wall mounting a new TV. Existing sockets were in wrong place so they were removed or moved. 65" TV hung onto wall and acoustic wood panelling was installed. Work was all carried out in one day as agreed, workmanship is spot on - the finished result is excellent. Will be using again for sure!
