  Toilet flush faulty

  Plumber called in morning saying he will come later in the day. Olli turned up a little late but arrived on day he said he would and apologised for coming late. He fixed the issue the best he could with parts we supplied. Some parts were still needed and Olli sorted and gave link for us to order so we didn’t pay an additional margin as well as looking for the best price. Would highly recommend.

  Olly was fabulous—helpful, friendly, and excellent at communicating throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, went above and beyond to ensure the job was done properly, and did a fantastic job with my shower. I would definitely recommend him to others

  Carried out work on first fix of radiator that needed to be done in 48 hours, Olly came on a bank holiday to get me out of a pickle, great communicator and great person.

  Replaced shower mixer unit, which was significantly leaking.

  Ollie was very responsive to emails and text messages. Sensible pricing and replaced the faulty unit on a Saturday, at short notice. Would recommend - professional and very helpful.

  Prompt and efficient

  Our bathroom basin taps, decades old, needed replacing. I rang Olly as he had been recommended to me by a friend. He answered promptly, I sent a photo of them, and after I accepted the quote, he fixed a date and came and did the work. A friendly and efficient chap.
