Positive Input Ventilation system fitted to coastal bungalow
Richard was excellent. Great communication, relatively quick availability (within two weeks), turned up when he said, did the job considerately and left everything clean and tidy. Very happy and would recommend. NB in photo PIV is offset because of a rafter.

PIV fitting, internal and external damp proofing
Couldn’t be happier with the work Richard and his team completed- we purchased an older property that was in desperate need of some TLC! From our first meeting with Richard, we understood exactly what was needed, and knew the works would be thorough and to a high standard. Everything has been completed neatly, quickly and without any stress. Would highly recommend!

PIV installation and sorting rising damp in lounge
Richard and team did an amazing job. They were punctual, tidy and really nice to have around. The rising damp problem seems to have been dealt with very thoroughly and the room was smelling better immediately. The PIV was installed in the loft with easy access for cleaning the filter etc. Richard kept me well informed at all stages and made sure I understood what was happening. I would definitely recommend them
