Not stalled correctly
Heat pump not installed properly, doesn't do what it's supposed to. Airsource uk ltd visited secmveral times and said nothing wrong. Washed their hands of it. Since had independent review of it, confirmed not installed correctly, will cost over 2k to fix. No external sensor installed and pipes for servicing inaccessable!
