    Genuine chap who is obviously very experienced in what he does.

    Liam arrived within a couple of hours. Found the problem and rectified it. Explained everything to us and showed us the problem. Felt very reassured and he obviously had enormous experience in his field. He didn’t try to sell us anything that wasn’t required. Thank you Liam for your professional and prompt service.

    Very pleased with the professional service and excellent communication skills.

    Following our initial approach to Liam we had to delay the meeting for over 3 weeks due to family illness and holidays. On our return we contacted Liam and managed to arrange a visit within a very short period of time. We found Liam to be knowledgeable and a good communicator and prompt for the visit, He replaced the batteries in our system and quickly found the reasons as to why our alarm was not sounding outside of our property. Liam replaced the exterior alarm box with the minimum of fuss and also suggested a revised method of unsetting our alarm which had been causing us a few problems.

    Replacement of obsolete alarm control panel

    Liam contacted me within minutes of my request and arrived on time the following day to complete the work for what I considered to be a fair price. Explained the new controls to me, tested everything and cleaned up after the job. All in all, excellent service.

    Liam was prompt and efficiently carried out servicing and maintenance of an existing alarm system, which included full battery replacement. When a subsequent comm panel fault occurred due to a hidden software feature, it was swiftly researched and resolved. Highly recommended.
