  Garden landscaping and fencing

  So pleased I chose AJ Landscapes to help design and landscape my back garden . They come with energy and ideas and a lot of practicality taking into account the use and costs to creating a great garden space. They work hard and diligently and I now have a garden space that I has transformed the space from messy and unsightly in places to a lovely space . The landscaping that has been done has given me the foundation to now go into plant and develop the garden and I love being out there . Highly recommend

  Disappointing 2nd fence installation!

  Engaged Adele and Jason to extend / expand a 2nd run of fencing and the job was not without problems. They asked for money upfront and turned up with panels that were different to the first lot they installed. Apparently they couldn't get a refund and everything else was out of stock so I just agreed for them to install it. TBF I was ok with colour difference but the board width difference was annoying. I paid them in full at the end of the job and they never came back , as agreed, to fix snagging issues (wobbly fence post and fence screws in gravel board ).

  Permeable Paving

  Install 60m2 permeable block paving drive

  Breach of contract under Consumer Rights act 2015 by not carrying out work using reasonable care and skill. Paid £4250 before completion and they have left us without a usuable drive. We were not willing to settle the final payment until they resolved the many issues/snags raised. Within less that 24 hrs of them demanding final payment they ripped up part of our drive making it unusable. They refused to acknowledge that there was any issues. A CCJ for £8517.5 has now been issued by the small claims court and the local authorities are also considering an investigation.

  We are sorry you were unhappy however we did try on several occasions to try and rectify the situation but you would not come and discuss this with us which we found difficult to understand as we had previously had a good relationship with you but for some reason this changed during this final job you requested from us. We have never had any issues with any other customers on any other jobs and our other Checkatrade reviews. We remain positive we can come to an agreement as to how we can resolve this for you.

  Summer House Design / Construction

  Consatruction of new summer house including utilities, all new fencing and landscaping of garden

  An excellent job was completed, on time and within budget. AJ helped us design our ideal garden and built a beautiful summer house which includes a fully functioning bathroom. This has added a great deal of value to my house. Would highly recommend to friends and family.
