Conservatory, windows, patio door
After 2 years, I've still got nowhere with this man. Rude, dismissive and treated me as though I didnt kniw what I was talking about. Now I have real issues because of the sub par workmanship. £20,000 and now I cannot sell due to his appalling work. Gutter that only drains one way, gaps on wither side in the plastic covering so conservatory is smothered in insects constantly so unuseable. They get in via the gaps and it is just filthy and gross all the time. Still leaks despite them coming twice for that issue. Dont be fooled. He will be obnoxious and rude as soon as you have a problem.

We completed this installation several years ago, and she has in fact recommended us to others. This is in connection with an email we received in October 2022 saying she has had her gutters jet washed and the conservatory now leaked. We explained that it was unlikely to be an error on our part as the conservatory only leaked after it was jet washed. We did make a minor adjustment to the roof in February 2020. We have never been rude to this customer, the last correspondence with her was an email saying we would come and have a look on the October 2022 and we have not heard anything since. I have emailed you today to try and find a resolution.

New windows and front door
Andrew and his team completed a first class job, they helped and advised me through the whole process, my windows and front door are outstanding, the team were courteous, clean and the price was excellent!! I would highly recommend!!!! I am a senior citizen on my own and felt very vulnerable when looking for the right company, I felt reassured throughout the whole journey with the added security that they are FENSA registered!

House backdoor in kitchen
Very easy process to choose the door, excellent clear advice, prompt feedback to any questions, door delivered and fitted on schedule. Delighted with look and quality of door. I will use AJ Windows and Doors again.

New handle/lock fitted to UPVC door
Called this morning, as door couldn't be locked. Within 2 hours, door was fixed. Excellent service from office staff and engineers. I would highly recommend.
