    He was quick to respond to my enquiry along with a date to carry out the work and an over the phone price. He came on time and kept in regular contact until then. The work was done well without any fuss. Just be careful not to get caught out with “materials” extra. It’s natural to think it will be a little extra on top of the total but it ended up being double. Out of courtesy, I would rather have been told how much the complete cost would be from the start because I’m not a locksmith and have no clue of going rates etc. If it wasn’t for that, it would have been a pleasurable experience.
