AK Studios designed my first floor rear extension, submitted planning and project managed all.

Unfortunately I first selected one of those online drawing providers for my project who promptly got me a planning refusal and were not interested in sorting it out for me. Amna is very helpful, always willing to discuss design options. We had multiple design calls. On the first site visit, she was professional, detail focused and able to give us advices. She helped us get our planning permission approved, an important step done.

Quick response to our initial enquiries. Helpful site visit to discuss our requirements. Good drawings and alterations as required. Help given for getting drainage CCTV and report completed. Planning approved on 6th March.
