    Alan was quick to get back to us, flexible about dates and efficient in dealing with our quirky plumbing system. He looked into possible causes of a faulty tap and a low-pressure shower, found a simple solution to one and tried a workaround for the other. Also very quick to pop back round to check on the workaround and adjust it. Great service.
